Our aim is to offer guests a place that makes them better people. Because it is simply beautiful here, but above all because for us the enjoyment of luxury and respectful treatment of animals and nature are not mutually exclusive. Deeply rooted in top German and Austrian gastronomy, we cultivate fine hospitality: the best from the region, respectfully harvested, cooked with love. Without unnecessary status products, but with a great awareness of the zeitgeist.
Sustainable and regionally networked
Our gastronomic idea is based on the supposedly utopian idea of a regional value chain that only stretches a few kilometres. This is why we do not use avoidable luxury products such as saltwater fish, orange juice or olive oil. Thanks to partners from the immediate vicinity, we can guarantee genuine origin, maximum freshness, absolute transparency and a sustainable cycle in our restaurant. Our most important producers are
