Healthy and delicious - products from the county of Hohenlohe from domestic producers like the domestic pig of Schwäbisch Hall. The meat of this breed is firm, slightly darker and keeps its juice due to its healthy cellular structure. Therefore, the color is richer. Thanks to species-appropriate animal husbandry and feeding it tastes particularly well. The typical flavor and the strong taste are important requisites for a quality- and palatine-conscious cuisine.
